Sarah Bell started practicing yoga in 1974, has taught yoga since 1990, and believes that yoga can be for every body. She earned her B.A. in 1989 from the University of California, Santa Cruz where she majored in Community Studies and Social Change with the thesis, The Human Potential Movement.
Sarah was inspired by her studies of the human potential and began a career devoted to assisting individuals on their paths to optimal well-being through yoga. She developed the program, a Breathe Yoga Break to share the benefits of yoga in an accessible, brief and effective format.
In addition, Sarah offers sound meditations with her husband.
