Inspiring your optimal wellbeing and conscious living through brief and basic yoga practices
Greetings, I created the program a breathe yoga break in order to make the benefits of yoga more accessible and attainable. This basic level and brief yoga series, which can be practiced seated or standing, is both convenient and effective.
When practiced regularly, this simple system can cultivate many ongoing benefits such as:
enhancing ease in the body
cultivating clarity in the mind
strengthening the immune system
regulating blood pressure
bolstering balance
improving digestion
deepening sleep.
In this easy to remember practice the word breathe serves as a cue for the sequence—as each letter in the word breathe represents a different yoga pose or yogic principle. In my upcoming booklet, in addition to the breathe yoga break series, I introduce a variety of yogic practices -- including pranayama (breathing techniques), conscious eating, chakra meditation and more.
